Hired to grow e-commerce sales. Delivered first integrated marketing communications plan to company. Also managed a talented team of designers with coffee bag and label rebranding efforts. In addition, re-wrote the new bag copy that now lives on café shelves and is found on coffee bags shipped daily to customers (shown below).
PROBLEM: The specialty coffee company needed to increase e-commerce sales, a new business for the company.
RESEARCH: Customer surveys, pivot tables, cafe customer research, and analysis of data. Data showed they needed to target women.
SOLUTION: Advertised at Seattle Storm basketball games the same year the Seattle Storm won the national title. And event marketing with several sponsors providing catering at events.
RESULT: 27% increase in e-commerce coffee sales with a company that had a mature product line.
